Welcome to Vistrane. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vistrane website, gift recommendation tools, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vistrane provides AI-generated gift suggestions and curated gift guides. Recommendations are suggestions only. We do not sell the products we suggest, and we are not responsible for third-party merchants, their pricing, availability, or fulfillment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service;
• scraping or reselling content or recommendations at scale;
• using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Affiliate links

Some links in our guides and recommendations may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This never changes the price you pay.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and branding, is owned by Vistrane and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistrane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
