• Recommendation inputs: the recipient, occasion, budget, and interests you enter to get gift ideas.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics to keep the Service secure and improve it.

2. How we use information

• to generate and improve your gift recommendations;
• to provide, secure, and support the Service;
• to process subscriptions and prevent fraud;
• to communicate important updates about your account.

3. AI processing

To generate recommendations, the details you submit may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We send only what is needed to produce a suggestion and do not include your billing details.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor, and AI provider), under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
